I’ve really enjoyed The Sunriser for the past couple of years! My wife and I always stay here when the renaissance festival in Kilgore takes place during the Spring. The Sunriser is clean, safe, and is really a good value. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Kilgore.

We just had a wreak with a 18 wheeler ORANGE Krazy trucker., and needed a place to stay for the night. These folks gave us the 100% Texas comfort. Thanks so much for the room! And fast. Clean room. I trust these guys

Not going to lie... I was being super lazy and cold because of the crazy frost..... I wanted extra pillows and they told me to come get them... I said never mind because of obvious cold reasons...... SHE BROUGHT ME PILLOWS ANYWAY! FIVE STARS FOREVER! THANK YOU THANK YOU. 15 out of 10 service.

Rooms are freshly updated. Comfortable bed. Good front desk. Reasonably priced. Denny’s and Wendy’s across the street. Cold AC. No complaints at all. I would stay here again.

We had to stop because of the storms running around as we were going home to Georgia. The place was AWESOME. Clean, comfortable bed (King) and a recliner (which husband loved) Bathroom very clean BUT the most important and wonderful thing was I had left something and this incredible family called and mailed it back to us. I can not THANK them enough for doing this. How many other places would have done this? THANK YOU AGAIN

No breakfast sadly but the room was SPOTLESS. The pictures really don’t do it justice. I don’t know who the cleaning staff is but they need a round of applause. Cleanest room I stayed at on this trip. Very clean. I didn’t watch tv but I appreciated the fact that they had a list of all the channels. The wifi was great. If you’re looking to catch breakfast there’s a couple restaurants right next to the hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This hotel is amazing for the price. I have been here going on 3 weeks now. The rooms are clean, its very quiet, lots of channels on the tv, carpets are clean and the bed is comfortable. House keeping does not bother you if you have the do not disturb sign on your door and the owners are extremely helpful and nice. I have stayed at comfort inns and best western that are not as nice as this place. If your looking for a cheap clean room then this is the place to come. Thanks for a great stay!

I usually don't write reviews because they're tacky, but this hotel deserves one. This small hotel on the side of the highway was very clean, quiet, affordable and had a very friendly staff. I stayed for two weeks and I highly recommend this place if you want somewhere nice and simple to rest your head for the night. Thank you.

Although I know this is only a two star hotel/motel. It was a lifesaver for us. We had car problems in the next town over that has no hotel and we had to Uber somewhere in order to stay the night before our car can get fixed the next day. we picked this motel just because it was right off the highway, and even though I never choose to stay Places, other than comfort inn And similar hotels, this hotel was very clean. They got up and answered the phone and the door at 2:30 in the morning and they let us stay an hour later after check out because I needed to get my car situation. It’s all five stars for me
